Simple Helping Hands Package  - Day of Coordination. ( this includes rehearsal planning ) 

Vendor meet and Greet as they arrive, making sure they know whats going on & where to be. ( Day of )

Timeline Control of entire day ( Day of )

Ceremony Line up/Reception Coordination ( Day Of )

help the couple create a wedding-day timeline ( 1month out )

The Wedding bells Extra Package ( 2 months prior to wedding )

 recommend venues and vendors if those have not been decided upon.

 offer advice on colors and style

 provide etiquette advice

help the couple stay on track with their planning

but will not handle legwork and small details. This would be considered the next step

* If you have scheduled hair services as well - you will be discounted on Event Services!!! (packaged deal)

Ala Carte Menu of Services

·        Here and there Consulting Services – SME Advice -$35 per hour.

this is for when the couple have decided to provide their own organization talents to their day and just need a push in the right direction 

·        Rehearsal Dinner $100 – Much like wedding day of help this will be specifically and only for the Rehearsal dinner. Providing coordination with the food, guest and your “run through” with the officiate.

·         Vendor Location Services – I will provide you with list of which ever item you need whether it be, cakes, decorations, lighting, DJS, catering. Etc.

·        Venue scout. $50 a location - do you live far away? I am able to find you several locations and also get you a sample contract to you along with pictures so you can save the trip out here.

·        Additional Services: All is possible you just have to ask, when if comes down to Assistance for your day … All prices may varies

Additional costs:

$150: Clean up: If you require Clean up at your wedding, taking down decorations, trash clean up, boxing up items, & collecting linens. This fee will be needed 24 hours prior to wedding. 

If no clean up is needed please have your clean-up committee contact me so that I know it is being handled. I work closely with Venues year round & like to keep our relationships in good standing. 

• Early Service Fee: if you choose to have your wedding at or prior to 8AM – please note that there is a $35.00 charge. Not only to keep your vendors happy but to gather all needed items to put on your wedding, as many vendors are not open prior to 8AM.
• Child Care: if you wish to have Child Care provided at the wedding, our Nannies charge a rate of $20.00 an hour per child.  If they are not potty trained please have parents provide all needed necessities.
